Transfer and Cards: how it works and the plan

A shared map for the Cleo team. Built from the code and the team's analysis on 3 Nov 2026. It contains no credentials, no customer data and no internal addresses.

4. Who does what

RoleWhat
BuilderWrites the change, tests first.
Independent verifierChecks every change. Never verifies their own work.
Data and reconciliationBalances per merchant, stuck items, a daily check.
Database moveCopies, comparisons, the cutover script and rollback.
WatchWatches logs and stuck payments, raises alarms.
Support (Cleo)The single point of contact for the team, merchants and providers.

5. What we want to align with you

  1. Your Jira for Transfer and Cards: which issues are in progress with Develrox, so the plan follows them.
  2. Transfer: the cutover window (17 or 18 Nov) and what Develrox still has open before 20 Nov.
  3. Cards: partial refunds, the payout model for merchants, chargebacks, more card providers and a white-label checkout. Which of these matter first?
  4. Which merchants come next on Cards, and when.
